KPMG Deal Advisory M&A Tax is a leading service line within KPMG in Italy. We serve the M&A tax market, assisting private capital houses and acquisitive corporates in their transactions.

As part of the team, you’ll provide support in a dynamic environment, enhancing your tax knowledge and analytical skills. You’ll be encouraged to think proactively and adopt a practical, transaction-oriented approach.

Your tasks will include:

- tax structuring of M&A deals and tax due diligence assignments;
- tax incentives and grants;
- routine tax advisory services.

You’ll be involved in **domestic**and **international projects**, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills, through interaction with the brightest minds in the field and clients who have exacting standards.

***Your Profile***

This is the perfect opportunity if you have:

*Education and Qualifications*

- gained a master’s degree in economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or law (LMG-01), with a final mark of at least 105/110;
- qualified (or are in the process of qualifying) as a chartered accountant (*dottore commercialista*) and/or lawyer (*avvocato*);

*Experience, Skills and Competencies*

- at least 3 years’ experience as a junior or senior tax specialist within a Big Four or top-tier advisory firm;
- the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and flexible approach;
- good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initial views on technical matters and seek guidance when needed;
- strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
- a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues across different projects;
- in the case of more experienced candidates, the ability to support and coach junior team members, contributing to their development and ensuring high-quality deliverables;
- excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- an excellent command of English;
- a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
